Linen service is available, or our guests can bring up their own bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless PRE-arranged, some units are dog-friendly. All units are NO SMOKING! In the winter, parking is very limited, please carpool. Rent, Tax, Security Deposit (Refundable) and Cleaning Fee are due 4 weeks in advance of your arrival. Arrival time is after 4:00pm. Guests pick keys up at our office after 4pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Early check in and late check out may be available if pre-arranged. There is a minimum $100 fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 30 days (45 days for holiday periods) in advance of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of all monies if the cabin cannot be re-booked. All unit descriptions are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed with all monies paid. Soda Springs Rentals reserves the right to substitute or cancel your reservation should your unit become unavailable. Soda Springs Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
